What's Up?

Duke reaaaaaally doesn't like that Arlo is planning on sleeping in his truck this winter, despite his winterization efforts, so he's going to take it into his own hands. And by take it into his own hands, he means take his truck. With the help of the Container Fort, some people at Prescott, and anyone else who is around and wants to assist, Duke rolls up with a tow truck to spare his brother from debilitating back pain and freezing to death. There's a storage unit with his truck's name written on it, and a few bins to pack up Arlo's belongings so they don't just have to chuck them on the ground. Let's go steal a truck!

Volunteer Slots

With Bunny at the wheel, [Character A] is tasked with getting Arlo's 'house' hooked up so it can be towed. They manage to pinch their fingers pretty badly in the process. :(

Mud packs up Arlo's things from the truck, and leaves him two (2) milkbones on top! You're welcome~

Court mistakes Crystal for Arlo coming around a corner (somehow) and tackles them just as the tow truck is making its way out of Prescott. It would have been a valiant save.

Distract Arlo

Anyone who wants to can join in to distract Arlo while his truck is stolen. This can be intentional (hey Arlo, look over here!) or unintentional (sending him a bunch of confusing emojis he has to decipher because you're bored), but whatever you're doing, you can tell us here because it's funny. This... doesn't change anything, I just like to know what shenanigans everyone gets up to.

Sometimes you wake up in the middle of a crime and you gotta just roll with it. This ain't Mud's first rodeo. This IS his first time packing a box, and you can tell.

Impeccable, actually. The vibes. Tow truck alone was a great addition to Bunny's overall mood. Committing vehicular crimes with said tow truck? Truly icing on a cake of stolen goods.

Is there a chance that Arlo cracks him in half like a particularly pathetic glow stick later? Sure. But like. Hey. That's fine.

Beau pulls a hood over her hair and a bandana over her face—indicators of unserious intent, given how rarely she ever hides her identity when stealing someone's car. But this is Duke and Bunny's heist, and she doesn't want to take the attention from them (just yet, anyway).

She's got a silencer on her gun and a makeshift spear, to better dispatch zombies without being heard as they drive off with Arlo's truck. It's all very Mad Max cosplay💀

Look, Duke is having a great time. A part of him feels a little bad because he knows this is going to stress Arlo out, but like a parent taking away their child's filthy blanket to be washed, it's for his own good.

Character Name: Court Slaughter
Describe Your Distraction: Arlo's told Court has something to show him and that they need to walk there, and it's only about halfway there she admits it's some cool rocks they are looking for. At least twice, potentially three different times, Court appears like she's going to legitimately stop at a few cairns, but continues on until they find a truly massive boulder that is indeed impressive.
Did You Have Fun??: Aside from the part where she ate a spider web by talking while walking into one, this was actually a rather nice 20-or-so minute hike.
