Alright, we're going to go out and look at Whitney's infrastructure. so far it's me, John and Emmett for sure. Anyone else who wants to volunteer, we'd be glad to have you. Rules are we're just going to check things out, we're not making any promises yet.

They want more reliable electricity than just their gas generator and solar panels, with hot showers on the wish list.

If there's a simple repair we can take care of while we're there, we can do it, but let's not get caught up on every leaky pipe or broken outlet.

I'm going to schedule with Mara to see what days would be good for them for us to visit, and I'll keep you guys posted on that.

You can't go out alone. It's not safe. It's not because I don't think you're capable, it's because I want someone making sure no zombies sneak up on you. I'll go with you if you don't want Maggie to.

I am not saying you cannot make jokes, you are of course free to say whatever you want. I am just explaining my thought process behind one aspect of my change of plans. Although I still believe a solo inspection is the most efficient use of our resources. Which is the primary driver behind my change of plans.

I’ll put together a team once I’ve determined repairing the wind farm is even feasible. That’s when it will be most important to have people on the watch for danger. That’s how you staffed our work crews, and I’ll do it the same way.

And I don’t feel bad about myself right now. I feel very calm. I remembered how much I enjoy being alone.
