I'll believe you, but it sounds like you're taking all of this pretty hard and could give yourself a little grace maybe. You seem like you're doing a lot of punishing yourself because you think it'll make other people feel better, when you're the one hurting too.

Hey, I get it, they're your family and it's your home. You're a good responder and you want to help people. But if you also want to take the opportunity to figure out if there's other things you might like to do, what you need, then it sounds like good timing to me.
